'0/n'은
IP주소에서 처음부터 n비트수 만큼이 네트워크 주소를 의미하고, 나머지 뒤의 비트들은 호스트 주소임을 의미합니다.

예를 들어
10.25.0.0/16 = 00001010 00011001 00000000 00000000
빨간색은 네트워크 주소, 파란색은 호스트 주소를 의미합니다.
